Jasprit Bumrah has served a timely reminder about his batting abilities after a match-saving cameo on the fourth day of the Brisbane Test against Australia.

For those who are unsure about his batting ability, Bumrah has two words: "Google it." "Interesting that you are questioning my batting abilities. You should Google and see who's got the most number of runs in a Test match over," Bumrah jokingly told a reporter.

Google India gave a fitting reply on the social media platform X. "I only believe in Jassi Bhai," it posted.

The India pacer famously hit 35 off a Stuart Broad over in a 2022 Test against England at Birmingham. He smashed two sixes and four boundaries.

Bumrah was not at his explosive best in Brisbane, but he joined Akash Deep to hold an unbeaten tenth-wicket partnership of 39 runs to help India avoid follow-on. Bumrah was batting on 10 off 27, and Akash on 27 from 31 at stumps on the penultimate day. Bumrah hit a cracking six off Pat Cummins in his timely cameo for Team India.
