Kochi: Raids are underway on Thursday at the offices of firms linked to the mega dance programme held at the Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium in Kaloor during which Thrikkakkara MLA Uma Thomas sustained severe injuries on December 29, 2024.
The Intelligence and Enforcement wing of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) department has zeroed in on two offices in Kochi and one each in Wayanad and Thrissur, in connection with potential tax evasion.

The department is collecting data on all financial transactions. An intelligence official said some records have already been handed over to the police, who are also investigating the incident.
