The police have intensified action against cyberattacks targeting Malayalam actor Honey Rose. Her Instagram account is now under close observation. Legal action has been initiated against more individuals who posted obscene comments, with more arrests expected. Honey Rose's statement has been recorded by the police.

Meanwhile, the actor has declared an open battle against those making vulgar remarks about her choice of attire. She clarified that she has never worn any outfit in public that violates the law and will pursue legal action against obscene remarks. Amid growing support for her on social media, Honey Rose’s stance has been backed by the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA), which strongly condemned the vulgar remarks.

In a Facebook post, Honey firmly stated that she is not responsible for the self-imposed moral codes in others' minds and that she will take legal action if obscenities are directed at her. She added that while her attire can be criticised or joked about, this fight is for every woman who faces similar situations.

Many have rallied in support of Honey Rose on social media, and AMMA has pledged legal assistance if needed. The organisation also alleged that the attacks reflect a deliberate effort to undermine both womanhood and professional integrity.

Following her public warning against those who made vulgar comments about her, Honey faced severe backlash from some on social media. A case has been filed against 30 individuals, and one person has already been arrested in connection with her complaint.
