Theni man gets 6-year RI for selling ganja in Kerala

Idukki: The Thodupuzha NDPS Special Court sentenced a 41-year-old man to 6 years of rigorous imprisonment for possessing and transporting ganja. The accused, Naveen Kumar, is from Theni, Tamil Nadu.
Judge K N Harikumar delivered the verdict, imposing a fine of Rs 50,000 on the accused. He will face an additional six months of jail time if the fine is not paid.
Naveen Kumar was arrested with 9.075 kilograms of ganja at the Mundakayam private bus stand by SI Santosh Kumar and team. Special Public Prosecutor B Rajesh represented the prosecution in the NDPS Court.
