Instead, young ones should be given proper guidance on utilizing time effectively and fruitfully. Setting a fixed time for mobile use is a crucial step in this regard.

Mobile is not a plaything that helps you tide over boredom. When others comment that your kid is spending too much time on mobile phone, not interacting with youngsters of his or her age nor taking part in outdoor or indoor games, it is time for you to act.

The mobile phone addiction among children needs to be treated and parents suffering from the same condition should first overcome to set an example to their kids.
