It's been over 30 years since actress Kajol debuted in the film industry. She is a celeb known for her youthful, energetic and cheerful vibe even after all these years, alongside her acting prowess. She is often asked in interviews how she manages to age in reverse gear, despite being a mom of a 21-year-old girl. Here are a few health tips the actress has often mentioned in her interviews, to stay at the peak of her health and look way younger than her age.
The 10-hour sleep routine
In one of her interviews, Kajol said, 'I must go to sleep with a clean face,' her sleep has often been a topic on her reels and even posts by her husband Ajay Devgn. Ajay once posted a picture of Kajol sleeping, captioning it, 'Wake up, you don't need your beauty sleep as yet.' She has said she makes sure she gets a good night's sleep of 10 hours, regardless of how busy she is.

The skincare routine
Kajol is not a fan of the '17-step skincare,' the actress once said, though she said she used some serums and sunscreen. She once said that she wished she knew about sunscreens and their importance at 16. She drinks a lot of water and terms it a mantra she lives by.
A low-carb diet
The actress swears by a low-carb diet and says she tries to eat clean. She includes plenty of fibre in her diet and also has lean fish and chicken as part of her meals. Kajol also works out up to 2 hours a day and includes high-intensity moves in her regime to boost stamina and metabolism. Yoga, squats, endurance training and more are part of her fitness plan.
