Villa Lagom is a dream home built in a serene and naturally beautiful rural setting, away from the bustling life of Kochi. As the name suggests, it is designed with balance in mind. This three-storey house is built to blend seamlessly with the terraced landscape. The house's intriguing public spaces, including the living room and dining area, are designed with an open-plan layout, creating a spacious feel.

The interior spaces are arranged to incorporate the beautiful surrounding landscape. Large picture windows are incorporated into the common areas to achieve this. The heart of the home, the family space, is located on the ground floor. This space, designed to foster togetherness, is accessed via a staircase that doubles as a functional lounging area.

Minimalist interiors and a nature-inspired colour palette enhance these spaces. An interior courtyard garden on one side and an exterior garden on the other ensure ample light and ventilation throughout the house.

The common spaces, built in harmony with nature, are the soul of this home. Bedrooms are located on all three floors, flanking these common areas. Jalis (lattice screens), a courtyard, and double-height ceilings help regulate temperature by balancing air circulation within the house.
