Tollywood super star Ram Charan has been enjoying a golden run with his recent outing ‘RRR’ setting the cash register ring at the box office. The blockbuster movie has gained him fans across the country. Besides, he is thrilled for the release of his upcoming movie in which he shares screen space with his father, super star Chiranjeevi.
The brand-new mansion that Ram Charan has bought at Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad is luxurious and unique. The young star has bought it along with his wife Upasana Kamineni and his father. The mansion stands out for its exquisite designs and traditional elements.
The mega mansion sprawls in 25000 sqft and boasts of all the modern amenities. Ram Charan has reportedly spent a whopping Rs 30 crore for this ultra-luxurious palatial mansion. As per the reports in Telugu media, the housewarming ceremony too was conducted in a lavish function. Massive balconies and unique décor that reflect the historical and cultural heritage of the Andhra are the highlights of the bungalow.
The house has been designed by Tahiliani Homes, a leading architectural firm based in Mumbai.
The drive way that leads to the spacious estate is lined with shading trees and flowering plants on both sides. The mansion was revamped without rebuilding the façade. The carving works on marble feature designs and motifs from various parts of the country. Lots of expensive paintings adorn the walls of the mansion.
The spectacular light fittings enhance the elegant charm of the areas. There is a special room with black and white flooring works, that looks like a chess board. This reportedly is Chiranjeevi’s favourite room in the mansion.
The Jade Room is another interesting feature here. Interestingly, this room has the presence of jade, a green coloured stone that is used for ornament making. In the ancient times, the Chinese kings used to believe that the presence of jade would save them from dangers. The family sees this room as an auspicious one that would bring them good fortune as they have been investing in movie production. Jade has been used for decorating the ceiling and on the floor too.
The prayer room in the basement too is quite special. This area is built in stone in the style of ancient temples. Lots of space has been included in the house for prayer and meditation. Besides, there is a swimming pool, tennis court and a modern gymnasium too in the mansion.
