The elevation of the house that is designed in 1495 sqft dons square shaped designer elements in grey, white and wooden color theme. As it is at a residential area, the elevation has been elaborately designed to exude a classy charm. Meanwhile, the other side of the house faces the river and the woods. The family wished to build a beautiful and comfortable house without burning a hole in their pocket. So, the architect deserves credit for designing such a fabulous abode on an affordable budget.

The cladding works and the texture designs on the elevation, the stylish balcony and the glass designs and the central courtyard are some of the highlights of this splendid house. From the sit out one could enter the formal living area. The living area, dining space and the kitchen have been designed in the open style.

The hand railings done in steel fabrication is enhanced with solid wood steps in 2 inches thickness.
