The contemporary abode owned by George and his family at Kuravankonam in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, has indeed become the cynosure of all eyes. The grand elevation and the chic compound wall and gate are in perfect sync. The box shaped elevation is highlighted with beautiful claddings and attractive CNC cement works.

There is a car porch, sit out, formal and family living areas, dining space, two bedrooms, kitchen and a work area in the ground floor while the upper storey has a living area, two more bedrooms, balcony and an open terrace. This amazing abode that boasts of all the modern amenities is designed in an area of 3230 sqft.

The car porch is spacious enough to accommodate at least two vehicles. The entrance door opens to a foyer. The formal living area, meanwhile, is arranged on the left side of the foyer. The spacious hall, on the right side, is where the cozy family living area and the dining space are arranged. A CNC partition installed between the drawing room and the dining area is an eye catching feature.

The courtyard beneath the stairway is a beautiful spot of tranquil which is adorned with spectacular indoor plants. Meanwhile, the wall beside the stairway is highlighted with stone claddings to add a touch of rustic charm. This area is designed in double height to make it look and feel vaster.

The grand elegance of teak wood and veneer add an element of panache to the furnishings. Moreover, the gypsum false ceiling and the warm toned light fitting amazingly complement the elegant interiors. Vitrified tiles in 80/160 are paved on the floor.
