The family wanted a single-storey house with all the modern facilities. The square-shaped design features and the terracotta tile claddings add a classy elegance to the elevation. Besides, the green landscape, the garden and the compound wall enhances the grace of environs around the house.
The stylish and space-efficient cantilever car porch is the highlight of the exteriors. Meanwhile, the interiors are arranged according to the flow and direction of wind and natural sunshine.
The house that faces west has formal and family living areas, dining space, kitchen, four bedrooms and a prayer area as well.
Beautiful panelling works, marine ply laminates and MDF are used to separate the common areas in the house. One could enter the patio from the formal living area.
The prayer area is one of the most attractive areas in the interiors. Meanwhile, the cement textured wall is the highlight here. The pergola skylight with the polycarbonate sheet and the pebble court makes this area extremely enchanting.
All bedrooms are bath-attached with walk-in wardrobes and dressing units. Marine ply laminates are used to furnish the bedrooms.
The kitchen too is beautifully furnished using marine ply and glass as well. Meanwhile, the counter top is paved with granite. Besides a show kitchen, there is a working kitchen too.
