There's no doubt that in the fashion world, no one in India can beat Urfi Javed when it comes to cashing in on idiosyncrasies. From flowers and fruits to ropes and razors, Urfi transforms anything into glamorous attire. Every time, the media eagerly awaits to see what new fashion experiment Urfi will undertake. Now, surpassing all expectations, Urfi has conducted a fashion experiment that stands apart from all her previous ones.
The star has created a dress from sprouted chia seeds. Footage of the creation of this unique garment has been released through Urfi's official Instagram page. There's another special aspect behind this dress design. Urfi undertook this fashion experiment following Jackie Shroff's suggestion. Jackie had previously asked Urfi if she could make a dress using plants.
Urfi shared a video including footage of Jackie making this suggestion. Urfi chose a single-piece garment to grow the seeds on. She glued soaked chia seeds onto a slightly thick fabric. The video shows Urfi herself attaching the seeds to the garment. Over the next two days, she sprayed it with water. By then, the seeds had started to sprout. However, in some areas, they remained as seeds without growing.
Without giving up, she added more seeds to those areas. Finally, after seven days, the entire garment was covered with plants. Soon after, Urfi wore it and had a photoshoot. The pictures of the beautiful green dress quickly gained attention, captivating everyone. Celebrities, among others, came forward to congratulate her. Jackie Shroff commented that the dress was excellent. Many are also urging Urfi to start her own brand soon. Other comments praise her uniqueness, stating that no one else has her distinct ideas and fashion sense.
