Curd and rice for hair growth? This wonder pack is easy to make

Lack of proper hair care or excess use of chemicals may aggravate the condition. People spend thousands on hair treatments and beauty parlours, without realising the damage it causes to the hair. However, knowing this home remedy using rice and curd can help sort out the problem to a great extent.

Curd
Curd is a rich source of protein, calcium, potassium, and vitamins A, B5, and D. It is a natural conditioner that adds shine and softness to the hair. Curd is also rich in fatty acids essential for healthy, smooth, and strong hair. Rich in minerals such as calcium, protein, and fatty acids, it softens the hair and strengthens the hair follicles.

Rice
Rice and rice water are very good for hair growth. Rice helps to soften the hair. It is also great for preventing hair loss and growing healthy hair. Rice is very good for making hair shiny. Rice is a major ingredient in the beauty routine of Koreans. Using rice water for hair care has been in use since ancient times in Kerala.

Coconut oil
Coconut oil has been used for hair health for ages. Some people use raw coconut oil while others use heated oil. The fatty acids in it help strengthen the hair from the roots. It also helps prevent breakage and hair fall. It is also great for restoring lost proteins in the hair.

Preparing the hair pack

  • Grind two tablespoons of rice well in a mixer.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of curd to it and mix well.
  • After mixing, add a little coconut oil.
  • After mixing all these ingredients well, apply this mask to your hair.
  • After massaging well on the hair strands and scalp, wash it off after 20 minutes.

This mask can be used twice a week and you may experience the growth of your hair too soon.
