Kochi: Liz Jaimon Jacob, hailing from Kottayam, has won the Swayamvara Impresario Miss Kerala Contest 2022. While Sambhavi K has been adjudged the first runner-up, Nimmy K Paul has become the second runner-up.
Apart from Miss Kerala, the contest also selected Miss Talented, Miss Voice, Miss Beautiful Hair, Miss Beautiful Eyes, Miss Congeniality, Miss Beautiful Smile, Miss Fitness, Miss Beautiful Skin and Miss Beautiful Skin.
The glittering event took place at Le Meridien Convention Centre in Kochi and 24 young women from diverse backgrounds competed in the final round.
The final competition began at 9 am on Friday and included Saree Round with Introduction, Costume Round in Indo-Western Costume and Gown with Common Question Round.
Earlier, screenings and auditions that lasted several months took place to select the 24 finalists. The finalists subsequently were trained for seven days before they participated in the final event.
Neetu Jayaprakash was the official makeup partner of the event; the costumes for the finalists were provided by fashion designer Jishad Shamsudeen and former Miss India Priyanka Shah arranged grooming, training and choreography for the 24 contestants.
