Thiruvananthapuram: After much uproar over the Supreme Court ruling to play national anthem at cinema halls across the country, the Kerala State Chalachitra Academy (KSCA) Saturday said that delegates of the ongoing IFFK must enter the hall before the national anthem.
However, the delegates seems to have ignored the Supreme Court ruling and KSCA's directives.
On Saturday, some of the delegates were seen sitting when the national anthem was played in the theater prior to the show. However, no untoward incidents have been reported so far.
The officials also said that a separate queue has been arranged at all theaters for the delegates who have made reservations for a show.
The KSCA also urged the delegates not to use plastic products or plastic bags as the IFFK has a green protocol.
