Ingredients

120 gm boiled chickpeas
40 gm onion
40 gm tomato
70 gm cucumber
20 gm yogurt
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Green chillies
Salt (as required)
Preparation
Soak chickpeas for 8 hours and then cook them
Mix finely chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and salt with boiled chickpeas
Blend coriander leaves, mint leaves, yogurt, and green chillies in a mixer jar
Pour this over the salad mix
Mix well
Enjoy this delicious salad as a filling breakfast or dinner
You can use sprouted mung beans or Bengal gram instead of chickpeas if needed.

Soya roti – 485 calories
Ingredients
50 gm soya chunks
40 gm chickpea flour
40 gm onion
Coriander leaves
Garlic
Turmeric powder
Garam masala
Salt (as required)
Oil (as required)
Preparation
Cook the soya chunks in boiling water for 5 minutes
Strain the cooked soya chunks; wash and squeeze them
Now chop cooked soya chunks, coriander leaves, garlic, and onion finely
Add chickpea flour and salt to this mixture and mix well.
Rub oil on a hot pan.
Take a ball of dough and spread it into a roti.
Flip and cook both sides.

Broccoli-chickpea stir fry – 550 calories
Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets
100 gm chickpeas (boiled)
1 red bell pepper
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp ginger (finely chopped)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp jaggery syrup
2 onions (chopped)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Preparation
Heat sesame oil in a thick-bottomed pan
Add finely chopped ginger and garlic
Saute for 1-2 minutes or until the raw smell is gone
Add broccoli florets, red bell pepper, and carrot. Sauté and cook for 5-7 minutes
Add boiled chickpeas, soy sauce, vinegar, and jaggery syrup
Cook on low flame for 5 more minutes
Garnish with finely chopped onions and sesame seeds
