2 tsp flaxseeds
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp lemon juice
1 cup water
Preparation
Add whole flaxseeds or flaxseed powder to boiling water
Simmer for 10-15 minutes
Turn off the flame, strain the liquid, and let it cool down
Add cinnamon powder and lemon juice
Mix well and enjoy
