Ingredients
10 pappadam
10 shallots
2 tsp crushed chilly
2 sprigs of curry leaves
Salt as required
1 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation
Cut pappadam into small pieces
Heat coconut oil and fry the pappadam, keep them aside
In a kadai, heat 1 tbsp coconut oil
Add shallots, curry leaves, and salt
Roast till light golden brown
Add crushed chilly, and saute well
Add fried pappadam, and mix well
Serve hot
