And if you are in the mood to relive it, here's how you can give the raw mango a twist with carrots, capsicum and more, to make a crunchy, healthy salad. The colourful dish can also be a winner at parties or get-togethers.
Ingredients
150 gms shredded raw mango
20 gms shredded carrot
20 gms shredded red capsicum
25 gms onion slices
5 gms chopped coriander
15 gms peanut
For dressing
4 ml lemon juice
Salt to taste
4 gms fine chopped garlic
20 ml olive oil
3 gms fine chopped green chilly
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
Prepare the dressing and pour over the ingredients
Mix gently and arrange in a salad bowl
