Ingredients
Beef leg that weighs a minimum of 20 kg
Chilly powder
Meat masala
Ginger–garlic paste
Yoghurt
Oregano
Salt
Aluminium foil

Preparation
Remove the thin layer of fat on top of the meat
Wash the beef leg well
Marinate the beef leg with chilly powder, meat masala, ginger–garlic paste, yoghurt, oregano and salt as required
Wrap the marinated beef in a sheet of aluminium foil
Pour water into an aluminium cauldron; insert a stand in it
Boil this water for at least three hours
Heat oil in a pan
Prepare the coating by mixing cornflour, salt, garam masala, oregano, some milk and six eggs Rub this mixture on the marinated beef leg
Coat the beef leg with crunchy cornflakes
Insert the beef into the huge cauldron
Pour the hot oil onto the beef until it is nicely fried
Enjoy the crunchy beef leg with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup
