Most kids are picky eaters and do not enjoy having vegetables. The trick is to present veggies in the most enticing manner to attract them. Here is the recipe of a delicious vegetable kebab that can win over kids with its taste and also give them the required nutrients.

Ingredients
2 potatoes
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 carrot
½ cup green peas
2 green chillies
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp ginger – garlic paste
½ tsp chaat masala
½ cup corn flour
¼ cup bread crumbs
Salt as required

Preparation
Cook the vegetables in a pressure cooker by adding enough water and salt
Strain the cooked veggies and then mash them well
Mix the mashed veggies with corn flour, bread crumbs and the rest of the ingredients
Scoop balls from this mixture and press between your palms to make the patties
Grease a pan with some oil
Place the patties on the hot pan
Cook until both sides are golden brown in colour
Enjoy the vegetable kebabs with tomato ketchup.
