Craving some fish to go with your meal? This easy to prep spicy fish recipe would be a great pick then. Sea bass or kalanji fish grilled with an Arabic style masala mix is a flavour bomb that could be enjoyed at lunch or dinner. Check out the recipe here:

Ingredients
1 sea bass fillet (kalanji)
1 ½ tbsp chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
¾ tbsp coriander powder
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp garam masala
¾ tbsp mandi masala (this can be brought on grocery stores and websites or refer the recipe below)
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp lime juice
4 tbsp olive oil
Salt as required

Preparation
Slit the cleaned fish in the centre
Mix all the ingredients for marination in a bowl
Marinate the fish with this
Keep it aside for at least half an hour
Grill the marinated fish in a pre heated oven for 30 minutes
Delicious Arabian style grilled fish is ready.

N.B. To prepare mandi masala, powder 2 tbsp coriander seeds, cumin seeds, 2 tsp cardamom, 2 tbsp black pepper, 4 star anise, 1 tsp cloves, 5 cinnamon sticks (each 1 inch long), 2 dried red chillies, and 1.5 tsp fennel seeds
