Harnaaz Sandhu who brought the coveted Miss Universe crown to India after more than two decades is someone who enjoys cooking. A video in which the lanky beauty cooking her favourite dish has become viral. She cooks a delicious almond berry halwa and saffron puri with chef Aadishree. Harnaaz says that it is a gluten-free and healthy dish that she likes to enjoy on her ‘cheat days’. She added that halwa is one of her favourite desserts.

Here is how to prepare almond berry halwa.

Ingredients
Almond flour
Raspberries
Cardamom powder
Pistachios
Ghee
Edible flowers
Jaggery
Almond milk
Raspberry puree

Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan
Roast the almond flour until golden brown in colour
Meanwhile, boil the raspberry puree by adding jaggery
Add the roasted almond flour slowly
Mix well
Turn off the flame before adding cardamom powder and pistachios.
