Don’t you feel bored of eating the same chutney every day? How about trying a neer chutney (water chutney) with idli and dosa.

Ingredients
1/4 cup‌ (3 tablespoons) groundnut
2 tbsp peanuts
4 or 5 pieces of green chillies
1 small gooseberry size of tamarind
8 to 10 leaves curry leaves
4 mint leaves
1/4 cup‌ coconut
1/2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp dried red chillies
2 tbsps of coconut oil
A few coriander leaves
Salt as needed

Preparation
Heat a tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan and fry the peanuts
Add green chillies, tamarind curry leaves and mint leaves into it and fry till the mixture get hot
Put out the fire and set the mixture aside to warm up
After cooling, put it in a mixing jar, add coconut, coriander leaves, salt and enough water and grind it well
Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard and chilli. Add it to the chutney
Your neer chutney is ready to serve.
