Try this special crispy dosa

Check out the recipe of this semolina and wheat dosa batter in case you are bored of eating the same old rice dosa.

Ingredients
1 cup semolina
1 cup yoghurt
2 tbsp wheat flour
Ghee as required
1 tsp eno salt
1 cup water

Preparation
Grind the semolina, yoghurt, wheat flour and water in a mixer jar
Blend well
Add the eno salt
Mix well
Add ghee if required
There is no need to add more salt as you have added eno.
