500 gms mushroom
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp crushed ginger – garlic

2 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tbsp peppercorns
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 small piece of cinnamon
1 cardamom pod
1 star anise
4 cloves
2 tbsp oil
Palm full of coriander leaves
Salt as required

Preparation
Dry roast the whole spices and grind them into fine powder
Heat oil in a pan
Sauté the onions
Add crushed ginger – garlic, turmeric powder, and tomatoes
Sauté well
Now add the ground masala powder and salt as required
Mix well
Cook for some time
Into it add the mushroom pieces
Cook with the lid on
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
