Ingredients
¾ cup tuna
1 cup basmati rice
¼ cup corn
¼ cup green peas
1 carrot
1 bell pepper
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt as required
1 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp oil
1 onion
3 green chillies
Spring onion as required
Preparation
Boil the rice with some salt and oil
Heat oil in a pan
Sauté finely chopped garlic, onion, green chillies, carrot, bell pepper, corn and green peas
Into it add pepper powder and cooked tuna
Sauté well
Now add the boiled rice
Mix well
Garnish with chopped spring onion
Tuna fried rice tastes best when served hot.
