Ingredients
200 gms semolina
4 jaggery pieces or as required
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp cashews/ coconut shards
1 glass water

Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan
Fry the cashews/coconut shards
Set them aside to be used later
Roast the semolina too in the same pan
Pour water and mix well
Into it add jaggery syrup
Mix well without forming lumps
Add cardamom powder
Add more ghee if required
Finally, garnish with fried cashews / coconut shards
Enjoy healthy semolina kesari.
