Try these watermelon sarbaths

Watermelon is the perfect fruit to enjoy during the harsh summer. Check out the recipes of two watermelon sarbaths that are tasty and refreshing.

Muhabath ka sarbath/milk watermelon sarbath
Ingredients
2 cups watermelon (cut into small square pieces)
2 tbsp pomegranate juice
4 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp sago pearls
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp fresh cream
1 scoop ice cream
Ice cubes as required
Preparation
Cook the sago pearls in a vessel full of water
When the sago pearls are cooked well and turns into jelly, strain them
Now wash the cooked sago pearls well
In a glass add 2 cups watermelon pieces, pomegranate juice, ice cubes, cooked sago pearls, fresh cream and sugar
Mix well
Add a scoop of ice cream on top
Enjoy the cool and tasty muhabath ka sarbath.

Watermelon – nannari sarbath
Ingredients
2 cups watermelons (cut into small square pieces)
3 tbsp nannari (Indian sarsaparilla) syrup
2 tbsp mint leaves
2 tbsp poppy seeds
Ice cubes as required
Preparation
Into a glass add 1 ½ cups watermelon pieces, ice cubes, mint leaves and sarsaparilla syrup
Mix well
Add ½ cup watermelon pieces on top
Garnish with soaked poppy seeds
Watermelon - nannari sarbath is ready.
