Home-made ice cream with wheat flour and milk

You don't need an ice cream machine to enjoy ice creams any more. This easy recipe with very few ingredients will help you make ice creams at home. Here is how to make it.

Ingredients
2 tbsp wheat flour
500ml milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation
Put wheat flour in a bowl, add 100 ml of milk into it and mix well without any lumps
Boil the remaining 400 ml of milk in a bowl
Add sugar to it and stir till it boils
When it boils, reduce the heat and add wheat flour little by little and mix well
Stir well until the water reduces and the mix thickens
Stir over low heat. Make sure it doesn't thicken too much
After cooling, beat in a mixing jar for 5 minutes
Cover well with foil paper in a bowl and keep in the freezer for 2 hours
Then add vanilla essence to the mix and beat well again
Pour the cream into a bowl and cover with foil paper
Close the lid tightly and keep in the freezer overnight or for 7 to 8 hours
Home-made ice cream with wheat flour and milk is ready.
