Culinary expert and vlogger Lakshmi Nair shares her special recipe of egg chilli which could be enjoyed with chapathi or rice.

Ingredients
3 big onions
1 ½ tbsp garlic
2 green chillies
1 bell pepper
4-5 eggs
Oil as required
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp pepper powder
Salt as required
1 spring onion
¼ tsp sugar

Preparation
Break the eggs into a bowl and add a pinch of salt
Beat well
Heat oil in a pan and pour the beaten eggs
Scramble the eggs when they begin to cook
Set the eggs aside
Heat oil in another pan
Sauté the garlic and green chillies
Add onions and sauté
Now add the bell pepper and eggs
Sauté well
Into it add tomato ketchup, soy sauce and chilli sauce
Mix well
Season with salt and pepper
Add chopped spring onion and sugar too
Give everything a good mix.
