Curry leaves is an unavoidable ingredient in Indian cuisine that gives flavour and aroma to the dishes. Check out this interesting recipe of curry leaves chutney powder that can be prepared and stored.

Ingredients
1 cup curry leaves
7 red chillies
2 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
½ tbsp white sesame seeds
3 garlic cloves
Lemon sized ball of tamarind
Salt as required

Preparation
Heat a frying pan and roast the curry leaves until they are crunchy
Set them aside
Now roast the cumin seeds and then the coriander seeds
Roast the white sesame seeds too
After taking the sesame seeds off the pan, pour some oil
Add the red chillies and fry them
Grind all these ingredients in a mixer jar after they have cooled down
Into it add the tamarind, garlic cloves and salt
Grind into powder
Store the curry leaves chutney powder in air tight jars.
