Crunchy and tasty evening snack could be easily prepared using leftover rice. Here is the recipe.
Ingredients
1 cup rice
¼ cup semolina
¼ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup wheat flour
2 green chillies (chopped)
1/3 cup shallots (chopped)
¼ cup coriander leaves
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp yoghurt
Preparation
Grind the rice with some water in a mixer jar
Transfer this into a bowl
Into it add semolina, all-purpose flour, wheat flour, green chillies, shallots, coriander leaves, salt and yoghurt
Mix well
Add some water and mix into a soft dough
Scoop small balls from the dough and shape into desired size, form or design
