Nutritious salads have to be strictly included in your regular diet if you are trying to maintain a healthy weight. Here is an interesting recipe of a salad made using leftover chapathi.

Ingredients
1 chapathi
1 bunch lettuce
1 tsp olive oil
1 carrot (finely chopped)
1 radish (finely chopped)
1 salad cucumber (finely chopped)
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp lemon juice

Preparation
Cut the chapathi into small bits
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chapathi bits
Mix the lettuce, carrot, radish, cucumber, salt and pepper in a bowl
Add the fried chapathi bits
Mix well
Make sure to add the chapathi bits as the last step.
