This delicious and nutritious rice could be easily prepared in just 10 minutes. You could enjoy it with some spicy pickle and papad on the side. Check out the recipe of simple peanut saadam.

Ingredients
1 cup of boiled rice
2 tbsp peanuts
2 tbsp Bengal gram
5 dried chillies
½ tbsp white sesame seeds
3 tbsp grated coconut
½ tbsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp asafetida powder
Curry leaves
1.5 tbsp sesame oil
Salt as required

Preparation
Dry roast the peanuts, 1 tbsp Bengal grams, white sesame seeds and 3 dried chillies
Into it add the grated coconut and roast for 2 more minutes
Grind these into fine powder after the mix has cooled down
Heat sesame oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds
Roast the Bengal gram and dried chillies
Now add asafetida powder and curry leaves
Into it add the boiled rice
Mix well until the rice heats up
Taste for seasoning
Add 3 tbsp powdered mix into it
Mix well for 2 minutes.
