1 chapathi
1 egg
½ cup onion (chopped)
½ cup carrot (chopped)

1 tsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp tomato ketchup

Preparation
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, carrots, cabbage and bell pepper with salt and pepper
Allow this mix to cool down before assembling the roll
Spread butter on chapathi and toast both sides
Beat the egg with salt and pepper
Pour the egg mix on a hot pan
Place the chapathi over this and press
Flip and cook the omelet
Now spread mayonnaise and tomato ketchup on the chapathi
Place the vegetable mix in the center
Roll the chapathi with the filling inside
