Ingredients
250 gm paneer
1 carrot
2 drumsticks
1 small piece snake gourd
5-6 beans
1 onion
2 potatoes
4 green chillies
½ coconut
3 tsp coconut oil
Tamarind as required
Salt as required
½ tsp turmeric powder
3 cloves garlic
2 shallots
¼ tsp cumin
Preparation
Cut the vegetables into small pieces
Cook them with salt, turmeric powder and some water
Fry the paneer cubes lightly
Add the fried paneer in the vegetable mix
Cook for two minutes
Crush the grated coconut with shallots, garlic and cumin
Add this coconut mix into the vegetables
Mix well and cook
Sprinkle some fresh coconut oil on top
Enjoy tasty paneer avial.
