Uluva unda or fenugreek balls are known for their health benefits. They are commonly consumed during the month of Karkidakam as a remedy for joint pain and body ache. Besides, they are included in the post-delivery diet of new mothers to rejuvenate their bodies. Here is a very simple recipe for fenugreek balls.

Ingredients
1 cup fenugreek
1 cup rice
1 cup grated coconut
½ tsp cardamom powder
1 cup jaggery

Preparation
Dry roast the fenugreek seeds and rice
Grind them to fine powder in a mixer jar
Into it add the grated coconut and jaggery 
Blend well
Add the cardamom powder as well
Transfer the powdered ingredients into a vessel
Give everything a good mix
Make small balls just like you make laddoo
Store in air tight containers.
