Ingredients
½ cup wheat flour/atta
1 tsp ghee
1 cup mava (evaporated milk solids)
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup strawberry crush
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp mixed nuts (chopped)
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan and sauté the mava
Add the grated coconut
Roast until the oil separates from the coconut
Now add the strawberry crush, sugar, atta and cardamom powder
Mix until it has the right consistency
Transfer this into a greased vessel or tray
Garnish with chopped nuts
Pop it in the fridge for at least 2 hours for the barfi to set
Cut the set barfi into pieces and serve.
