Ingredients
1 small cauliflower (separated into florets)
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup corn flour
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
4 cups boiled basmati rice
2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp green chillies
1 onion
1 carrot
½ cup cabbage
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hot chilli sauce
½ tsp pepper powder
Salt as required

Preparation
Make a thick batter by mixing the all purpose flour, corn flour, Kashmiri chilli powder, salt and ginger garlic paste with some water
Dip the cauliflower florets in this batter
Deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame
Keep them aside to be used later
Heat 2 tbsp oil 
Sauté garlic, ginger, green chillies, onion, carrot and cabbage in this order for a few minutes
Add the soy sauce and hot chilli sauce
Mix well
Add the boiled basmati rice
Give everything a good mix
Add the fried cauliflower just before serving the fried rice
Garnish with chopped spring onion and coriander leaves.
