Chilli potato fry is not just easy to prepare but extremely delicious as well. It tastes best with rice and chapathi. Here is the recipe for easy potato fry.

Ingredients
2 potatoes (cut into thin slices)
½ tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp asafetida powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp garam masala
1 sprig curry leaves
Salt as required
1½ tsp oil

Preparation
Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds
Add asafetida powder and mix well
Add the potato slices and salt as required
Fry for a few minutes
Now cook the potatoes with the lid on
Into it add turmeric powder, chilli powder and cumin powder as well
Add garam masala 
Roast well until the dish is dry 
Add the curry leaves and roast for two more minutes.
