1 glass milk
½ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp pepper powder
Preparation
Boil the milk
Lower the flame and add the turmeric powder and pepper powder
Mix well and boil for 2 more minutes
Add rock candies or jaggery for sweet
Drink it hot.
