Omelettes are the most popular breakfast item around the world. Culinary expert and vlogger Lekshmi Nair shows how to prepare Kerala thattukada (wayside eatery) style omelet with a twist.
Ingredients
2 eggs
¼ cup onion (chopped)
1 green chilli (chopped)
2 tsp coconut oil
Salt as required
1 tsp milk
1 tsp pepper powder
Preparation
Add the onions, green chilli and salt into the eggs
Beat them well
Add the milk and mix well
Heat coconut oil in a pan
Pour the egg mix and sprinkle 1 tsp coconut oil over it
Sprinkle the pepper powder above it
Flip the omelette when it begins to get cooked
Do not over cook the flipped side of the omelette.
