Soy chunks or soy meat is loaded with iron that is an excellent remedy for anaemia and fatigue. Try out this easy recipe of soy chunks curry that is delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients
1 cup soy chunks
¼ cup onion (chopped)
4 cloves garlic
1 large tomato
1 tsp garam masala
¼ cup peanut
1 small piece ginger
1 green chilli
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tbsp chilli powder
1 bunch curry leaves
Salt as required
1 tbsp oil

Preparation
Soak the soy chunks in hot water for half an hour
Roast the peanuts and keep them aside
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, ginger and curry leaves
Add the garam masala, pepper powder, turmeric powder and green chillies
Sauté well
Now add the roasted peanuts, soaked soy chunks and tomatoes as well
Cook until the soy chunks are nice and soft.
