Rosemary is a fragrant, evergreen herb, native to the Mediterranean. Added in dishes as a condiment, rosemary can also be used to make refreshing tea with health benefits. Here is how you could make spicy and herbal rosemary tea.

Ingredients
2 cups water
1 small piece cinnamon
2 star anise
1 big sprig of rosemary
¼ tsp tea powder
Sugar, if required

Preparation
Boil water by infusing cinnamon, star anise and rosemary
Add the tea powder and mix well
Turn off the flame and keep it aside with the lid on
After 5 minutes, pass it through a sieve
Add sugar if you prefer
Into a glass add a small piece of cinnamon and a sprig of rosemary
Pour the hot tea into it
If you prefer more spicy taste, crush the cinnamon and star anise before infusing it in boiling water.
