Ingredients
1 cup rice flour
1½ cups water
Salt as required
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp black cumin
Oil as required

Preparation
Boil the water with some salt in it
Add the rice flour into the boiling water and cook it
Turn of the flame and keep it aside with the lid on
After 2 minutes, add sugar and the black cumin
Mix into soft dough while it is still warm
Roll the dough into coils and cuts them at required lengths
Paste the two ends together to make ring-like shapes
Fry in hot oil on low flame.
