Ingredients
Cluster beans
Carrots
Beans
2 tsp oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ cumin seeds
5 shallots
2 garlic cloves
1 bunch curry leaves
1 tbsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp urad dal
¾ tsp yellow lentils
¾ tsp yellow split dal
¼ cup grated coconut
½ tsp lemon juice
2 green chillies
Preparation
Cut the cluster beans, carrots, and beans into small pieces
Cook them for 3 minutes in a glass of water
Crush the grated coconut with green chillies and cumin
Dry roast the urad dal, yellow lentils and yellow split dal
Grind them into fine powder
Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds
Add the shallots, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves and the cooked vegetables
Sauté these until the shallots are softer
Now add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, urad dal powder, and the coconut mixture
Sauté on low flame for 2 minutes
Add the lemon juice
Mix everything well together.
