Fried cauliflower florets with a good hit of pepper are an excellent snack if you’re an avid fan of spicy vegetarian food. It tastes great with rice and roti too. Check out the simple recipe of gobi pepper fry.
Ingredients
1 cauliflower (medium)
8 bird eye chillies
1 ½ tsp pepper
1 tsp ginger (crushed)
6 cloves garlic
1 onion
Salt as required
Oil as required
1 tsp garam masala
3 tsp tomato pulp
Corn flour as required
Preparation
Boil the cauliflower florets with some turmeric powder and salt
Drain them well
Marinate the boiled cauliflower florets with 1 tsp pepper, salt and corn flour
Fry these florets in hot oil
Meanwhile, heat oil in another pan
Sauté the bird eye chillies, pepper powder, ginger, garlic and onion
Now crush these in a mixer jar
Heat up a pan and mix the fried cauliflower florets, the crushed masala mix, garam masala and tomato pulp
When everything is mixed well take it off the heat
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
