This is a simple recipe to bake biscuits at home. Dip these crispy biscuits in your masala chai and enjoy!
Ingredients
125 gm butter
¼ cup sugar
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup oats
½ tsp baking powder
1 cup cornflakes (slightly crumbled)
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 180°C
Whip butter and sugar together
Add beaten egg into the mixture and blend well
Slowly add remaining ingredients and mix well
Grease the oven tray and place each spoonful of mixture in the tray
Leave the space for the biscuit to expand
Bake for 12-15 minutes
Serves 30-35 biscuits.
