Macaroni chicken cutlets are delicious starters which look incredibly appetizing as well. This nutritious dish would be loved by kids as it perfectly combines chicken and macaroni. Here is the recipe of macaroni chicken cutlet.
Ingredients
1 cup cooked macaroni (cooked by adding a tea spoon of salt)
1 cup boneless chicken (cooked by adding 1 tsp salt and ¼ tsp turmeric powder)
½ tsp ginger - garlic paste
¼ tsp garam masala
4 -5 green chillies
1 tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp chicken masala powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
¾ cup crumbled bread
1 cup cheese (optional)
3 eggs
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper powder
Vermicelli as required
Oil to fry
Preparation
Into a bowl add cooked macaroni, chicken, ginger - garlic paste, garam masala, green chillies, black pepper powder, cumin, chicken masala powder, salt, coriander leaves, crumbled bread and cheese.
Mix everything well together.
Scoop some mixture and shape into cutlets.
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Crush the vermicelli coarsely.
Dip the cutlets in the beaten eggs and coat it with vermicelli.
Place these coated cutlets in the fridge for at least an hour to set.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry until crispy and brown.
Tastes amazing when served hot with tomato ketchup.
